My sport in grassroots training is badminton, it was pretty fun but also tiring, the lesson was two hours. Before we start playing badminton we did some stretches, some of the stretches made us reach our foot, it was painful for me and my legs hurt when I tried to reach my foot. And then after that we started learning the position on how to hit the shuttlecock (ball). At first it was hard I couldn’t hit it, then on the second time I tried, I did it, I hit the shuttlecock. Finally its finished, my leg was painful when it was over.
